BidForge is an AI-powered platform designed for construction estimating. It helps contractors quickly and accurately create bids by analyzing plans, importing spreadsheets, and integrating with industry tools. Our goal is to streamline your pre-construction workflow, saving you time and increasing your win rate.

For the absolute best results, we recommend using the Upload Docs feature to upload a single unified PDF or zip archive of your project drawings, specs, and spreadsheets. BidForge performs an exhaustive structural analysis of the uploaded files to extract precise line items and scope evidence. You can upload individual files up to 1 GB in size, making it highly suitable for large-scale blueprint packages.

In addition to standard file uploads, BidForge offers two incredibly convenient local ingest modes for large document sets:

• Native Directory Browser: Click the folder browse option to launch a native Windows directory selector directly on your computer. Select any folder containing blueprints, plans, or spreadsheets (up to 1 GB total) and BidForge will automatically compile and queue them for ingestion.
• Local Path Ingest: If your project folders are already organized locally on your machine, you can simply paste or browse to the exact folder path at the bottom of the card, and the engine will ingest files directly from your hard drive, bypassing network upload times entirely.

Estimators remain in absolute control. The Analyst Review page features an Operator Input panel where you can type additions (items the bot missed), corrections (mistakes or price adjustments), and general instructions. Click Reprocess with Changes to instantly queue the bid for full reprocessing with your guidelines treated as absolute overrides. Any previous fallback warning banners will automatically clear on a successful re-run.

We believe in absolute transparency. Every bid card in the Analyst Review view displays a premium side-by-side ⚡ AI Cost & Token Metrics card next to Project Information. This card displays the exact token usage and estimated dollar costs per provider (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek R1, OpenAI GPT, Local/Ollama) for the Last Run, Average Run, and Total historical bid lifetime. A bold, running Total Historical Cost is updated in real-time.

BidForge is designed to be fail-safe. If a high-reasoning model encounters API errors or rate-limit cascades, the system executes an automatic Loud Fallback to the highly reliable gemini-2.5-flash model to guarantee the pipeline runs to completion. When this occurs, a bold, orange-and-red glowing LOUD FALLBACK WARNING is displayed at the top of the Analyst Review board, alerting you that data accuracy may be slightly degraded and operator review is recommended.

Billing is subscription-based and occurs on the same day each month (or year, for annual plans) as your initial sign-up. You will be charged automatically to your payment method on file. Invoices are available in your account dashboard.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For enterprise plans, we also support invoicing and bank transfers.

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you are on an annual plan and cancel, we do not provide prorated refunds. We recommend starting with a monthly plan to ensure BidForge is the right fit for you.
